This challenge provided so many resources and support from other women throughout the process which I absolutely loved. It was so motivating and I honestly found myself looking forward to my workouts daily because I was actively seeing results. I found it really helpful to have videos of the workouts on hand and a proper way to calculate nutrition. This was my first challenge but definitely not my last!
