This is a 6 WEEK UNCOACHED full body transformation challenge.
STARTS: JULY 12, 2021
ENDS: AUGUST 19, 2021
EVERYONE starts and finishes the challenge on the same date; workouts are 6 days a week and can be done at home/ or a gym.
This challenge includes:
- DAILY MOTIVATION / SUPPORT FROM PRIVATE FB GROUP / LIVE WORKOUTS / LIVE VIDEOS ON A PRIVATE ACCOUNT FOR SUPPORT / HELP
- fat loss focused weight lifting routines 6 days a week.
- Includes HITT & LISS cardio, bodybuilding exercises (weight lifting),
- GYM or AT HOME (YOU CAN ALTERNATE BETWEEN THE TWO OPTIONS)!
- You will be training full body (chest, abs, back, biceps/triceps, shoulders ,quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes).
- Video demos for all routines.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Resistance Bands
- Hip Abduction Machine
- Hip Adduction Machine
- Leg Press Machine
- Smith Machine
- Assisted Pull-Up Machine
- Cable Machine
- Barbell with plates
- Cotton booty resistance bands
- Dumbbells (two) between 10-15 lbs (higher if you need more resistance!) (kettlebell is optional).
- Long band for upper body workouts
- A detailed guide explaining how to calculate your macros (your calorie, fat, carb and protein intake) you can use for reference during/after the challenge to LOSE FAT.
- VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY.
- Grocery list of foods to eat and foods to stay away from.
- Supplement suggestions.
CHALLENGE IS SENT TO EVERYONE ON THE SAME DATE, EVERYONE STARTS ON THE SAME DATE.
It is beginner friendly, so if you have no previous experience you can still follow along!
