This is a 6 WEEK UNCOACHED full body transformation challenge.
STARTS: January 31st, 2022 
ENDS: March 14th, 2022

EVERYONE starts and finishes the challenge on the same date; workouts are 6 days a week and can be done at home/ or a gym.

LIFESTYLE

  • DAILY MOTIVATION
  • SUPPORT FROM PRIVATE FB GROUP

EXERCISE

  • Muscle gain focused weight lifting routines 6 days a week.
  • Includes bodybuilding and strength training exercises (weight lifting), 
  • GYM or AT HOME (YOU CAN ALTERNATE BETWEEN THE TWO OPTIONS)!
  • You will be training full body (chest, abs, back, biceps/triceps, shoulders ,quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes).
  • Video demos for all routines come with in app access.

WHAT YOU NEED:

GYM OPTION

  • Resistance Bands
  • Hip Abduction Machine
  • Hip Adduction Machine
  • Leg Press Machine
  • Smith Machine
  • Dumbbells
  • Assisted Pull-Up Machine
  • Cable Machine
  • Barbell with plates

HOME OPTION

  • Cotton booty resistance bands 
  • Dumbbells (two) between 10-15 lbs (higher if you need more resistance!) (kettlebell is optional).
  • Long band for upper body workouts

NUTRITION

  • APP ACCESS TO OUR MACRO AND CALORIE CALCULATOR.
  • A detailed guide explaining how to calculate your macros (your calorie, fat, carb and protein intake) you can use for reference during/after the challenge to LOSE FAT.
  • VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY.
  • SAMPLE MEAL PLANS depending on your calorie goals.
  • Grocery lists that change weekly. 
  • Supplement suggestions.

 

    CHALLENGE IS UNLOCKED TO EVERYONE ON THE SAME DATE, AND EVERYONE STARTS AND FINISHES ON THE SAME DATE.

     

    It is beginner friendly, so if you have no previous experience you can still follow along!
