WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
This program is for someone new to working out, with little to no experience with weightlifting who can dedicate at least 4 days per week to working out. It has a less advanced routine to help you work on getting stronger with better form. 


PROGRAM LENGTH:

6 WEEKS LONG
60-75 MINUTES PER WORKOUT

WORKOUT SPLIT:
MON - FULL LOWER BODY & GLUTES
TUES - REST DAY
WED - FULL UPPER BODY & ABS
THUR - ABS
FRI - FULL LOWER BODY & GLUTES
SAT - FULL UPPER BODY & ABS
SUN - REST DAY
