How It Works

  1. Join the Challenge — Choose your schedule (4 or 6 Days/Week) and whether to add Macro Coaching. Complete your purchase and receive a confirmation email with next steps.
  2. Complete Your Intake Form — Fill out your 31-question intake form. We learn everything about your body, goals, food preferences, and schedule. Takes 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Send Your Before Photos — Submit weekly progress photos right inside the app. Mandatory check-ins are only on week one and the final week if you want to be entered for prizes.
  4. Receive Your Custom Plan — Your custom meal plan and full grocery list arrive inside the app. Your workouts are already loaded and ready to go.
  5. Start June 29th — Follow your daily workouts in the app. Eat according to your custom plan. Show up every day for 28 days.
  6. Weekly Check-Ins — Darihana checks in throughout the challenge. Reply with your feedback and your meal plan updates based on your response and progress photos.
  7. Final Transformation — Submit your final progress photos on day 28. Transformation is reviewed, winners are announced, and you celebrate your results.

  • You're short on time — sessions run 45–60 minutes, 4 days a week, and you get 12 weeks of access so a busy week won't lock you out.
  • You've tried before and it didn't stick — this time you've got a community, weekly structure, and a plan built around foods you actually like.
  • You have an injury or old aches and pains — home and gym versions both include modification options. Always check with a healthcare provider for any existing injury.
  • You're intimidated by gyms or travel a lot — the home version needs minimal equipment, so you can train in your living room, a hotel room, or wherever you are.

Does the challenge expire?

You get 12 weeks of access to the challenge and app — way more than the 28 days of programming, so you have plenty of time to complete it and keep using the app afterward.

How do I pick a challenge schedule?

Pick 4 Days/Week if you're newer to training or want a lighter time commitment. Pick 6 Days/Week if you're more experienced and want maximum results. Both include home and gym versions, and you can switch your training environment anytime inside the app.

Is this beginner friendly?

Absolutely. You can join even with no experience working out or tracking calories — just pick the 4 Days/Week option.

Can I train at home?

Yes. The challenge includes a complete home version with minimal equipment for both schedules.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

All restrictions are captured in your intake form. Lactose intolerant, gluten free, picky eater — all handled, and foods you don't eat will never appear in your plan.

What if the meal plan is not working?

Your plan updates weekly based on your feedback and progress photos at check-ins.

Do I have to submit before photos?

No — only submit photos if you want to be entered for prizes. Photos are never shared without your consent.
