Yes. The membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After your first 3 months, you can cancel at any time with no penalties. Annual memberships are billed once for the full year and are non-refundable after 7 days.

No. Live challenges are purchased separately. The membership gives you access to all guides, programs, and the quick workout generator inside the app. Click here to view the current challenge.

No. Custom meal plans are part of the live challenges with Macro Coaching. The membership includes general nutrition guides and macro education.
