Darihana Nova Fitness Return & Exchange Policy

At Darihana Nova Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, digital programs, and subscriptions designed to support your fitness journey. Due to the nature of our services, we uphold a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy on the following:

No Returns or Exchanges on Coaching, Subscriptions, or Digital Programs

All purchases for the following services are final and non-refundable:

  • One-on-One Coaching: Personalized coaching requires time, expertise, and customized programming. Once booked, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
  • Subscriptions: DNF App memberships and other subscription-based services provide immediate access to exclusive content. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
  • One-Time Digital Programs: This includes any downloadable guides, online workout programs, and training plans. Since digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Policy Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy include:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If an accidental duplicate purchase occurs, you may contact our support team within 7 daysof the transaction for review.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience access issues with a purchased digital product, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
