- Your height.
- Your current weight.
- An estimate of your average steps.
- Are you breastfeeding?
- Have you dieted In the last 12 weeks?
- If so, what did your calories look like?
- Do you have any hormonal Issues that have been diagnosed by a doctor (such as but not limited to Hashimoto's, Graves Disease, Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, PCOS)?
- What Is your current goal – weight gain, weight loss, or recomposition?
