Welcome to the macro-coached challenge. I will be your guide for the next 8 weeks while you transform using my macro coaching guidance. This macro coaching is only available for the duration of this challenge, it is a mutual relationship where my feedback can only be given if you submit the requested information on the set deadlines given.

 

You will use the following linked photo template to submit photos + also submit these photos on the app under “pre-challenge”.

AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 24TH, 2023 11:59 PM, PLEASE EMAIL COACHING@DARIHANANOVA.COM WITH THE FOLLOWING:

 

  • Current photos In all angles holding the before photo template found on the tab below:
  • Your age.
  • Your height.
  • Your current weight.
  • An estimate of your average steps.
  • Are you breastfeeding?
  • Have you dieted In the last 12 weeks?
  • If so, what did your calories look like?
  • Do you have any hormonal Issues that have been diagnosed by a doctor (such as but not limited to Hashimoto's, Graves Disease, Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, PCOS)?
  • What Is your current goal – weight gain, weight loss, or recomposition?

Please submit these answers no later than August 24th, 2023 to ensure you have your macros set to go! I will also be sending out reminders on the DNF APP to make sure you are reminded to submit. Please read the following PDF and follow any other instructions given.
