BEFORE YOU START 

The following is a breakdown of the first steps you should take after downloading the app and logging in to access your challenge.

  • Press on the group tab on your app and click the Facebook link; here is where you will find and be able to access the private Facebook group for this challenge. Joining is not mandatory, but you will be able to benefit from being motivated by other women on the same journey as you.

  • Submit your before photos on the app workout highlights section. Before photos are due by June 28, 2022, and must be submitted if you want to be included in the prize pool. To know how to submit before photos scroll down for all instructions or check our photos blog in the highlights app section. You must submit photos before the deadline to be entered and the photos must be submitted with the template linked here or they will not be accepted.

  • Read over the nutrition approach and all other information on the challenge overview so you can understand how to manage your nutrition based on your specific goals for the next 6 weeks.
  • Start your workouts on the set workout dates and track your progress! Let the gains begin!
