March 16th – Challenge Officially Begins
Day 1 starts. We execute.
April 12th – Challenge Ends
All workouts must be completed by this date.

Optional Pre-Challenge Reset Juice
If you want to enter the challenge feeling lighter and more focused, you can support digestion and reduce bloating with this simple anti-inflammatory blend.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cold water or coconut water
• 1 green apple
• 1 celery stalk
• ½ cucumber
• 1 handful spinach
• ½ lemon, peeled
• 1 small piece ginger (about 1 inch)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• Optional: fresh mint
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients except chia seeds.
Stir in chia seeds and let thicken for 5–10 minutes.
Pour over ice and enjoy.
Drink for 3–5 days leading into March 16th if desired.
