BEFORE YOU START PNP

The following is a breakdown of the first steps you should take after downloading the app and logging in to access your challenge.

  • Press on the group tab on your app and click the Facebook link; here is where you will find and be able to access the private Facebook group for this challenge. Joining is not mandatory, but you will be able to benefit from being motivated by other women on the same journey as you.
  • Gather all of the materials you'll need to complete the challenge.

If you're working out from home you'll need the following:

  1. A small bench or ottoman.
  2. Two (2) lightweight dumbbells for upper body (5lbs-12 lbs each).
  3. Two (2) heavyweight dumbbells for lower body (20 lbs or heavier each).

If you're working out in a gym you'll need some additional items such as:
