Darihana's journey began in 2017 after years of failed yo-yo dieting and feeling uncomfortable with her physique. After encountering a plethora of information that mostly felt confusing and seeing little to no results from random workouts and mostly cardio she decided to educate herself on the most effective yet healthiest ways to reach her body goals. 

After becoming a mother in 2019 she focused on making fitness sustainable while being her strongest and best self. Motherhood became an even bigger motivation to help other women who like her were struggling to figure out how to reach their body goals. 

All of these years of learning led her to develop the Darihana APP. An app that will simplify fitness for all women and make their goals obtainable.
