For this program, cardio is not going to be as essential as you think. Cardio or exercise only accounts f less than 20% of the calories you burn daily.

Your main focus for this program will be your calorie intake, then workouts, and finally cardio.  

Instead walking more daily is what your main focus should be if your m goal is fat-loss. Walking more is the best way to naturally raise your BMR and l fat.  

Here is what a steps progression for fat loss should look like for the next 8 weeks:

WEEKS 1 - 2  8,000 DAILY STEPS
WEEKS 3 - 4 10,000 DAILY STEPS
WEEKS 5 - 6 12,000 DAILY STEPS
WEEKS 7 - 8 14,000 DAILY STEPS
