BEGINNER CHALLENGE 

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

This program is for someone new to working out, with little to no experience with weightlifting who can dedicate at least 5 days per week to working out. It has a less advanced routine to help you work on getting stronger with better form. 


PROGRAM LENGTH:
◴ 4 DAYS PER WEEK 
◴ 6 WEEKS LONG
◴ 45-60 MINUTES PER WORKOUT

This program is for someone who has some experience working out with weights(you've completed one of my challenges before) and can dedicate at least 5 days per week to a structured weight-lifting routine. This program has a challenging intermediate routine.

◴ 6 WEEKS LONG
◴ 60-75 MINUTES PER WORKOUT
