This program is for someone new to working out, with little to no experience with weightlifting who can dedicate at least 5 days per week to working out. It has a less advanced routine to help you work on getting stronger with better form.

No. Once you complete the challenge all workouts and information are yours to keep.
How do I pick a challenge?
Each challenge description will give you the details needed to know if it is the right program for you. Click the different tabs on the program page for all details. If you're still not sure, send us an email athello@darihananova.com
Where do I find the Facebook group for my challenge?
Once you enter the challenge the group you're assigned for support will be available on the challenge overview inside of the app.
Is the challenge beginner friendly?
Absolutely! You can join even if you have no experience working out and tracking calories. You’d pick the “beginner” challenge option.
Is the challenge available in all countries?
Yes, it is available worldwide.
Where do I submit photos?
On the app, you can submit weekly photos to track your progress. Only mandatory check ins are on the first week and last week of the challenge if you want to enter for prizes. You’ll receive an email with set instructions on how to submit photos.
How are winners chosen?
Winners are chosen based on their transformation and overall body composition changes on all body parts.
Do I have to submit before photos?
No, only submit photos if you want to be entered for prizes.
